Refund policy

We accept returns on all in-stock items (except those designated as Final Sale) within 30 days of shipping. For orders shipped within the United States we offer Free Returns. For orders shipped outside of the United States it is the customers responsibility to arrange for return shipping.

  • Goods must be received unworn and in original condition with tags attached. We encourage you to inspect your order as soon as your package arrives to ensure everything is in good condition.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way.
  • Made-To-Order items are FINAL SALE.
  • Grips are FINAL SALE
  • We cannot refund original shipping charges.

  2. Follow the prompts to exchange your item(s). You will receive a free prepaid shipping label (for orders delivered in the US only that are not marked final sale) to send back the original item.

*If the item(s) from your first order is not received back or is not in unworn and original condition, you will be charged for the original order and the exchange order. 



Gift Returns

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@loudmouth.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns for Third-Party Resellers

We do not accept returns of Loudmouth items from other retailers. Contact the shop or website that you purchased from to return your item.
